• Growth Focus: identify and fulfill client deposit and borrowing needs, guiding clients through deposit options, opening accounts, and taking loan applications.
• Client-Centric Financial Advice: provide personalized financial advice aligned with clients' short- and long-term goals.
• Referrals: deepen relationships and refer to mortgage, wealth, private client, and business banking partners.
• Proactive Client Outreach: conduct regular calls to offer tailored financial solutions.
• Sales Leadership: coach associates on sales, referrals, products and services.
• Support teller line to minimize wait times and process transactions.
• Deliver excellent client experiences and resolve issues promptly.
• Attend trainings and meetings to improve product knowledge and service.
