• Solicit loan requests; maintain knowledge of loan policies and procedures.
• Uncover needs and refer customers to partner teams across small business, mortgage, and financial advisors.
• Maintain high level of client satisfaction and optimal customer experience.
• Process customer requests professionally while identifying needs and recommending solutions.
