Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service or sales experience (Required).
• Pro-active and result oriented are preferred.
• Excellent communication and needs-based conversation skills preferred.

Responsabilités

• Drive proactive sales conversations via outbound calls and inbound inquiries; schedule appointments and engage customers in the lobby during transactions.
• Use CRM and resources to foster relationship-building and onboarding with new and existing customers.
• Maintain compliance with applicable regulations and Fulton policies; exercise sound judgment within limits.
• Leverage digital solutions and technology to support customers and resolve issues.
