Fulton Bank in Herndon, VA is seeking a Relationship Banker to deliver an exceptional customer experience, handling service and sales needs with enthusiasm. You will open accounts, assist with lending, referrals, and transactions while deepening customer relationships.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of customer service or sales experience.
• Pro-active and result oriented.
• Excellent communication skills and needs-based conversations.

Responsibilities

• Drive proactive sales conversations by engaging in outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, scheduling appointments, and engaging customers in the lobby during transactions.
• Advance knowledge of sales techniques and use the CRM to foster relationship-building conversations for onboarding and expanding existing relationships.
• Manage risk by complying with regulations and Fulton policies with sound judgment.
• Leverage knowledge of digital solutions to support customers and solve problems.
