Job summary

Truist Wealth in Griffin, GA seeks a Regular full-time teller-style associate to provide timely client transactions and accurate record-keeping. You will guide clients through digital banking options and support the frontline sales process to identify needs and opportunities.

Strong communication and reliability are essential. You will join Truist’s Retail Community Bank team, participate in leadership routines, and pursue ongoing product knowledge through training and compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience and perform complex and standardized transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions like ATMs and Online/Mobile banking.
• Support sales by outbound outreach, identifying client needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Advance product knowledge through training and meetings.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
