Job summary

Truist Wealth is seeking a customer-focused associate to deliver accurate client transactions and maintain records. You will educate clients on digital banking options, support the sales process, and help deliver Truist solutions tailored to client needs.

You will collaborate with branch teams, maintain compliance, and participate in ongoing training while supporting a dynamic retail environment across our Georgia locations.

Qualifications

• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software skills for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs.
• Ability to work weekends and extended hours with possible travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversations while handling transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service options (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales by outbound client outreach and identifying needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Advance knowledge through training and product sessions.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
