Job summary

Mission Fed Credit Union in San Diego, CA is seeking a Relationship Banker to deliver exceptional member experiences on-site. You will open new accounts, assist with loans, and offer solutions that help members reach their financial goals.

You'll use strong communication and relationship-building skills to educate members on digital banking tools, process transactions, and contribute to branch goals while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a financial institution or similar retail service environment.
• At least 12 months of experience opening new accounts.
• Strong computer proficiency and experience using business software applications.
• Exceptional communication, organization, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage members with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Open new accounts and assist existing members with additional products and services.
• Process and fund consumer loan applications while supporting real estate loan applications.
• Identify members' financial needs and recommend solutions that help them succeed.
• Educate members on digital banking tools and services for greater convenience.
• Resolve account questions and provide personalized support to ensure member satisfaction.
