Job summary

Citizens Bank is seeking a branch Associate who excels at people skills and relation building. You’ll provide trusted financial advice, support spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs, and tailor solutions to customers’ goals.

Embrace digital tools and collaborate with Wealth, Mortgage, and Business Banking teams to assist more complex needs. You’ll make outbound calls for new business and set up financial checkups, with frequent weekend/evening hours and a starting hourly rate as

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience, demonstrating an ability to meet or exceed goals.
• Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to improve the customer relationship.
• Proven success with building relationships, and recommending and referring products and services through in‑person and phone interactions.
• Demonstrated skills in using digital technology to support the delivery of business goals.
• Aptitude to problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues.
• Meet and comply with all requirements set forth in the SAFE Act and screening checks.
• Video interview assessment after applying, to be completed within 7 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and assist customers with financial solutions, supporting spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs.
• Get to know customers’ personal financial goals and tailor solutions to help achieve them.
• Introduce customers to digital and mobile‑first banking methods (app and ATMs).
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking partners for complex needs.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkup appointments.
