Bank of America is seeking a client-focused associate to engage clients in the lobby, educate on self-service tools, and process cash transactions. You will conduct deep conversations to understand financial priorities and connect clients with suitable solutions.

You will build relationships, follow procedures, and work flexible hours including weekends to serve clients across the financial center network.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic self-starter with a strong work ethic and results focus.
• Ability to educate clients on self-service banking and maintain compliance with policies.
• One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals.
• Six months of cash handling experience.
