TD Bank in Brick, New Jersey is seeking a Client Service Specialist to deliver everyday banking with accuracy and care. You will engage clients to understand their needs, explain options, and connect them to the right TD partners while ensuring risk and regulatory compliance.

This role acts as the hospitality ambassador at the financial center, guiding clients through transactions and digital tools. You will be the first point of contact, responsible for creating a positive, personalized client

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years demonstrated experience working with clients. Experience can include volunteering, education, military experience
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client facing/financial institution preferred
• Ability to work during operating hours to include evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled
• Ability to complete required job-related training upon hire
• Strong organization skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills with ability to be concise, clear and consistent
• Demonstrated effective problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to schedule and prioritize work
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and within deadlines
• Sound judgment in decision making and problem solving
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Notary License preferred

Responsabilités

• Orchestrates the overall client experience by effectively managing client flow (in-person and phone), serving as the first point of contact for client inquiries, issue resolution, and referrals to appropriate partners
• Serves as a hospitality ambassador for the financial center, delivering consistent, relationship-driven client experiences aligned to TD’s service strategy
• Creates personalized, client-first interactions that build trust from initial engagement and strengthen ongoing relationships
• Proactively educates clients on banking products, services, and digital capabilities to enhance convenience, save time, and support financial well-being, while connecting them to specialists as needed to achieve long-term goals
• Engages clients through proactive outreach, including scheduling appointments for consumer account needs and deepening opportunities
• Balances client needs with sound judgment, policy adherence, and risk awareness to ensure compliant and responsible outcomes
• Advocates for clients by demonstrating empathy, integrity, and a long-term perspective in all interactions

Formation

High school diploma or GED

1+ years demonstrated experience working with clients.
