Job summary

Columbia Bank seeks a Relationship Banker in Sacramento to grow client relationships and provide tailored financial solutions. You will lead events, outreach, and digital banking education while opening new deposits and originating loans.

You will build a loan and deposit portfolio, educate customers on services, and collaborate with partners to deliver Breakthrough Client Service Standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years banking and/or sales experience.
• 2 years developing client relationships and meeting sales goals.
• 2 years in lending with loan origination and processing.
• Knowledge of consumer and business products and lending fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients in financial reviews and provide solutions.
• Maintain contact with clients and deliver outstanding service.
• Open new deposit accounts and originate consumer loans.
• Originates consumer and some small business loans and manage a loan/deposit portfolio.
• Educate customers about digital and partner services like Treasury Management.
