U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker who builds trust-based relationships with customers across in-person, appointment, and virtual channels while guiding them through deposit and loan options with a digital-first mindset.

You will identify client needs, educate on digital services, process basic transactions, and collaborate with branch teams to deliver an exceptional, compliant client experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically 4–5 years of retail banking experience or a mix of experience and training.
• National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration required under SAFÉ Act and Reg Z.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients across in-person, appointment, and virtual channels.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Educate clients on deposit and loan products and digital self-service options.
• Collaborate with branch team members to serve clients with accuracy and care.
