Qualifications

  • NMLS registration under the SAFE Act and ongoing compliance with all legal or regulatory registration requirements.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Four to five or more years of job related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.
  • Passion, commitment and drive to deliver an experience that improves our clients’ financial lives.
  • Effective and confident client communication.
  • Proven ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms.
  • Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products and solutions.
  • Cash handling experience.
  • Active listening and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to teach customers how to use digital technology.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with customers by meeting face to face and engaging them to provide the best possible counsel.
  • Assess and attend to customers’ banking needs, obtaining and processing customer and account information.
  • Educate clients on available deposit and loan products and services and recommend financial solutions based on each customer’s goals.
  • Originate and close consumer loans, open accounts, and open and/or close the branch.
