Job summary

Simmons Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker in Arkansas to build, expand, and retain client relationships while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will assess financial needs and offer solutions through bank products, engaging customers with outbound and in-branch activities to drive growth.

The role requires a HS diploma and at least two years of customer-facing experience. Training on products, sales processes, and regulatory compliance is provided to support success.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Two years customer-facing and goal-oriented experience (preferred).
• Registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) and obtain an NMLS license after employment.

Responsibilities

• Share and recommend the bank's full range of resources with customers, including in-branch services, digital capabilities, and partner resources.
• Meet individual goals through required levels of in-person and outbound calling activities.
• Open and close accounts, assist with account selection, research customer accounts, and comply with BSA and CIP requirements.
• Facilitate consumer loan requests: solicit loan requests, maintain knowledge of loan policies and procedures, assist with branch consumer loan portfolios.
• Refer customers to a partner-centric team for small business, corporate, mortgage, and financial advisor services.
• Maintain a high level of client satisfaction by engaging customers and providing an optimal experience.
• Ensure all documents and activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and required training.
• Process customer requests and transactions in a positive, accurate, and professional manner while identifying needs and recommending solutions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
