U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to build lasting client relationships by assessing banking needs and guiding customers to appropriate deposit and loan products, while opening accounts and processing routine transactions in the branch.

You will engage customers face to face and ensure a trusted, convenient experience. You’ll educate clients on digital banking tools, collaborate with branch teammates to serve clients efficiently, and navigate regulatory requirements (NMLS/S.A.F.E.) with

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has less than four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.
• Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Ability to effectively engage and communicate with clients.
• Thorough knowledge of applicable bank and branch policies, procedures and support systems.
• Proven customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies.
• Ability to explore and identify a customer's true needs while leveraging a digital first mindset.
• Demonstrated basic level of proficiency in making appropriate recommendations that meet customer's needs both reactively and proactively.
• Experience in the financial services industry preferred.
