Job summary

U.S. Bank seeks a Relationship Banker to cultivate strong client relationships via in-person, by-appointment, and virtual channels.

You will assess banking needs, educate on products, and process new accounts and credit applications while leveraging digital tools to enhance the client experience. You will collaborate with branch teams to deliver exceptional service, conduct proactive follow-up, and champion digital-first solutions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically 4–5 years of retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Identifies client needs and presents suitable banking solutions.
• Educates clients on deposit and loan products and digital self-service tools.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and processes service requests.
• Collaborates with branch teammates to provide excellent customer experiences.
• Assists clients with account information, transactions, and digital product usage.
