Qualifications

• Requires National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the S.A.F.E. Act and Regulation Z, with background and credit checks.

Responsibilities

• Build and foster client relationships through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Educate clients on deposit and loan products and digital services.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Proactively educate clients on emerging digital products and services to assist with meeting their financial needs.
• Collaborate with branch team members to best serve clients.
