Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Typically four to five years of retail banking experience.
• Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients.
• Ability to engage and communicate effectively with clients.
• Thorough knowledge of all retail products and services.
• Experience with digital products and self-service technologies.
• Experience with sales campaigns/promotions.
• Ability to identify and address customer needs with a digital-first mindset.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in the financial services industry preferred.

Responsibilities
