Job summary

U.S. Bank is recruiting a Relationship Banker to build and deepen relationships with customers by meeting face to face and providing tailored financial guidance.

You will assess banking needs, educate clients on products, and process basic transactions while developing partnerships with branch team members to serve clients. The role requires NMLS registration and a strong focus on customer service, with the ability to explain digital products and assist customers in using self-service options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has less than four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Identifies solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs by effectively engaging and communicating with clients.
• Maintains a working knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services including digital products and services.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts, completes service requests and submits credit applications.
