Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions.
• Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels.
• Ability to use a computer frequently, including typing and monitoring.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to twenty pounds.

Responsibilities

• Achieves branch targets and guides customers on Regions’ solutions.
• Conducts outbound calls to expand relationships and acquire new customers.
• Educates customers on Regions’ Consumer and Business products, including loans and deposits.
• Educates customers on digital solutions (mobile, online, ATM).
• Provides a consistent customer experience and processes transactions as needed.
• Owns and resolves customer issues.
• Refers customers to internal experts for complex goals.
• Adheres to bank processes, procedures and regulatory requirements; manages operational risk.
