Responsibilities

• Meet branch targets by identifying customer needs and offering Regions solutions.

• Educate customers on Regions products, including loans and deposits.
• Explain digital banking options (mobile, online, ATM).
• Deliver consistent customer service and assist with transactions when needed.
• Resolve customer issues and refer complex cases to specialists.
• Adhere to banking policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
