Qualifications

• Meet the minimum education: HS diploma or GED.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions.
• Strong communication in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels.
• Able to use a computer with typing and monitor attention.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods.
• Lift up to twenty (20) pounds.

Responsibilities

• Achieves branch targets by identifying customer needs and guiding Regions solutions.
• Conducts outbound phone calls to grow relationships and acquire new customers.
• Educates customers on Regions’ Consumer and Business products, loans and deposits.
• Educates customers on mobile, online, and ATM offerings.
• Delivers a consistent optimal customer experience with transactions as needed.
• Owns and resolves customer issues.
• Refers complex needs to internal experts.
• Follows bank processes and adheres to laws and regulations, including risk reporting.
