Responsibilities

• Achieves branch targets by identifying customer needs and guiding Regions’ solutions.
• Makes outbound calls to expand relationships and acquire new customers.
• Educates customers on Regions’ products, including loans and deposits.
• Informs customers about mobile, online, and ATM solutions for easier banking.
• Provides a consistent, high-quality customer experience and assists with transactions.
• Resolves customer issues and refers complex goals to specialists.
