• Educates customers on Regions’ Consumer and Business products, including loan and deposit types.
• Educates customers on digital solutions such as mobile, online, and ATM offerings.
• Provides a consistent optimal customer experience, assisting with transactions when needed.
• Owns and resolves customer issues and refers complex goals to internal experts.
• Adheres to bank processes and regulatory requirements; identifies and reports operational risks.
