The successful candidate will leverage strong communication skills, build lasting relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer experiences while handling cash, deposits, and digital banking inquiries.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Strong communication skills across in-person, phone, and electronic channels.
• Experience handling cash and processing transactions is preferred.
• Able to use a computer and maintain sustained attention to a monitor.

Responsibilities

• Achieves branch targets and goals by identifying customer needs and providing appropriate guidance and perspective about Regions’ solutions.
• Conducts outbound phone calls to expand relationships and acquire new customers.
• Educates customers on Regions’ Consumer and Business products, including loans and deposits.
• Promotes digital solutions such as mobile, online, and ATM offerings to simplify banking for customers.
• Provides a consistent, top-tier customer experience and helps process transactions when needed.
• Owns and resolves customer issues and refers complex goals to internal experts.
• Adheres to bank processes and regulatory requirements and participates in risk management.
