Qualifications

• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions.
• Strong communication skills in person, on the phone, and via electronic channels.
• Proficient computer use with typing and monitor attention.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Achieves branch targets by identifying customer needs and guiding Regions’ solutions.
• Performs outbound calls to expand relationships and acquire new customers.
• Educates customers on Regions’ Consumer and Business products, including loans and deposits.
• Promotes digital banking tools like mobile and online services.
• Provides excellent customer experience and assists with transactions when needed.
• Resolves customer issues and refers complex goals to internal experts.
