Responsibilities

• Identifies customer needs and provides guidance on Regions solutions.
• Conducts outbound calls to expand relationships and acquire new customers.
• Educates customers on Regions Consumer and Business products, loans and deposits.
• Educates customers on digital banking options (mobile, online, ATM).
• Delivers consistent customer experience by greeting, processing transactions as needed.
• Owns and resolves customer issues and refers complex goals to specialists.
• Adheres to bank processes and regulatory requirements; manages operational risks.
