Qualifications

• Typically 4–5 years of job-related retail banking experience.
• NMLS registration is required under the SAFE Act for this role.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Identifies solutions for clients based on their needs and banking channel preferences.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and processes service requests.
• Educates clients on digital products and self-service banking options.
