• Ability to obtain and maintain active NMLS registration; Notary license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and sustain long-term client relationships through leads management and outbound efforts.
• Engage in consultative client conversations to uncover needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Provide advanced, needs-based guidance across a broad range of banking solutions while ensuring risk and regulatory compliance.
• Refer clients to mortgage or other lending solutions and coordinate with partners for effective referrals and execution.
