Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience engaging clients in a sales, service, or relationship-building capacity.
• Requires agility, teamwork and flexibility to adapt to different locations and environments.
• Must be able to do same day travel to multiple work locations within a designated area.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct consultative client conversations, including uncovering needs and recommending appropriate products and services.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and confidently to diverse client populations.

Responsibilities

• Cultivates and sustains long term client relationships through leads management and outbound efforts in a bank location.
• Proactively engages in client conversations with curiosity, actively listening and capturing information to identify client solutions.
• Leads client engagement across walk-in, appointment, and outbound opportunities with discovery of expressed and unexpressed needs.
• Provides tailored guidance on a broader range of products and services while ensuring risk and regulatory compliance.
• Delivers needs-based guidance and coordinates referrals to support client goals and collaboration with partners.
