Qualifications

• NMLS registration and regulatory compliance with SAFÉ Act and Regulation Z.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4–5+ years in retail banking or related training.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers through face-to-face interactions.
• Assess and address customers’ banking needs with sound advice.
• Educate clients on deposits, loans and digital tools.
• Originating and closing consumer loans; opening/closing accounts.
