You will open accounts, process transactions, and collaborate with branch teammates to serve clients efficiently and compliantly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically 4–5 years of retail banking experience or equivalent training.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Identifies solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs by engaging with clients.
• Maintains knowledge of bank products and services including digital options.
• Provides an optimal client experience, greeting clients and processing basic transactions.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts; completes service requests and credit applications.
• Educates clients on emerging digital products and self-service tools.
