Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions.
• Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels.
• Ability to use a computer regularly, including typing and monitoring a screen.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to twenty pounds.

Responsibilities

• Achieves branch targets and goals by identifying customer needs and providing guidance on Regions’ solutions.
• Conducts outbound calls to expand relationships and acquire new customers.
• Educates customers on Regions’ Consumer and Business products and services, including loan and deposit types.
• Educates customers on digital solutions such as mobile, online, and ATM offerings.
• Delivers a consistent, high-quality customer experience and supports banking transactions as needed.
• Owns and resolves customer issues and refers complex cases to specialists.
• Adheres to bank processes, procedures, and regulatory requirements; manages operational risks.
