Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of Retail banking or cash handling experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and critical thinking skills.
• Comfort with digital banking tools and ability to educate clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily teller functions: deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and transfers.
• Open, maintain, and close consumer accounts; assist with onboarding digital banking.
• Educate clients on Online Banking, Mobile Deposit, Zelle, Digital Wallet, and Card Hub.
• Process debit card activation and management; educate on digital card management.
• Support fraud prevention efforts and respond to Verafin alerts as required.
• Input wire transfers and handle specialized transactions for business and consumer accounts.
