Builds durable client relationships through proactive outreach, identifies customer needs, and guides both personal and business banking options while delivering accurate service and teamwork with branch colleagues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has four to five years of job-related retail banking experience or a combination of experience and training.
• Comfort with digital banking channels and self-service tools.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers across in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels to provide financial counsel.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and submit credit applications when required.
• Educate clients on deposit and loan products and services to meet their needs.
• Build and foster client relationships through proactive outreach and excellent service.
• Collaborate with branch team members to deliver an optimal client experience.
