Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically 4–5 years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and training.
• Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Thorough knowledge of applicable bank policies, procedures and support systems.

Responsibilities

• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Educate clients on available deposit and loan products and services.
• Proactively educate clients on digital products and self-service options.
• Develop collaborative partnerships with branch team members to serve clients effectively.
