Job summary

U.S. Bank in Phoenix is seeking a Relationship Banker to engage clients across in-person, appointment, and virtual channels with a digital-first approach.

You will identify client needs, educate customers on deposits and loans, open new accounts, and collaborate with branch teams to provide an exceptional client experience while navigating NMLS and compliance. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred and retail banking experience is valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail banking experience 4–5 years preferred or combination of experience and training.
• Bilingual ability in Spanish and English reading/writing/speaking required.

Responsibilities

• Build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Identify and address client needs by discussing banking products and services.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process basic transactions.
• Educate clients on digital banking tools and self-service options.
