Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically 4–5 years of job-related retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.
• Proactive outreach to build client relationships and trust.
• Ability to engage and communicate effectively with clients.
• Thorough knowledge of retail bank policies, procedures and support systems.
• Experience with digital banking products and self-service technologies.
• NMLS registration as required by SAFÉ Act and Regulation Z.

Responsibilities

• Build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Engage with clients to assess needs and provide tailored banking solutions.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
