Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience engaging clients in a sales, service, or relationship building capacity.
• Prior banking experience (teller, platform, or relationship banking) preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct consultative client conversations and uncover needs.
• Strong communication skills for diverse client populations.
• Ability to obtain and maintain NMLS registration; notary preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and sustain long-term client relationships through leads and outbound efforts at a bank location.
• Identify opportunities that deepen client relationships to meet financial objectives.
• Lead client engagement across walk-ins, appointments, and outbound opportunities with discovery of needs.
• Provide tailored guidance on products and services, explaining options, benefits and risks.
• Deliver needs-based guidance while ensuring compliance and effective referrals to partners.
• Act as client advocate with ongoing engagement and proactive outreach.
