Job summary

TD Bank is hiring a Retail Banker I in Philadelphia, PA. The role focuses on delivering a Legendary customer experience by providing financial expertise and consultative advice to help customers with banking solutions and goals.

You will educate customers on TD products, build lasting relationships, and refer opportunities to the appropriate TD partners. Prior teller experience is preferred and training will be provided on hire.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years' experience working with customers or in sales preferred.
• Teller experience preferred; ability to complete teller training on hire.
• Demonstrated ability to engage customers in conversations and educate on products and services.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic banking operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Legendary customer experience with education and advice on TD products.
• Educate customers on banking products and make suitable referrals to partners.
• Develop relationships through listening to customer needs and presenting solutions.
• Handle teller transactions and assist with account openings and service requests.
