Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to build strong client relationships, assess financial needs, and open accounts and loans in a branch setting.

You will guide clients through deposit, loan products, and digital self-service options while ensuring accurate processing and an excellent customer experience. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically 4–5 years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts, completes service requests and submits credit applications.
• Proactively educates clients on emerging and self-service digital products and services to assist with meeting their financial needs.
• Provides a consistent optimal client experience, including greeting clients and processing basic transactions.
• Develops collaborative partnerships with branch team members and partners to best serve clients.
• Leverages available resources and technologies to optimize the client experience.
