Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters client relationships through proactive outreach and follow-up.
• Engages clients across in-person, appointment, and digital channels to assess needs and recommend solutions.
• Educates clients on deposit and loan products and services and processes basic transactions.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and handles service requests and credit applications.
