Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to engage customers across in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels. You will assess banking needs, open consumer and business accounts, and educate clients on deposit and loan products while guiding them with a digital-first approach.

You'll build strong client relationships, perform basic transactions, and collaborate with branch teams to deliver exceptional service. This role requires NMLS registration and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has less than four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Identifies solutions for new and existing clients based on needs.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and processes credit applications.
• Educates clients on digital products and self-service options.
• Maintains knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services.
