Qualifications

• Basic Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and typically less than four years of retail banking experience.
• Preferred Skills/Experience include relationship building, effective communication, customer service, knowledge of digital products, proactive outreach and ability to identify customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Builds relationships with clients through in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels.
• Provides guidance on deposit and loan products and services based on customers' goals.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and processes service requests and applications.
• Educates clients on digital self-service tools to meet their financial needs.
