Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of bank policies and digital banking tools.
• Demonstrated ability to build client relationships proactively.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients across channels, offering banking solutions.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Educate clients on digital products and self-service options.
• Collaborate with branch team to serve clients with accuracy and efficiency.
