Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of sales or customer service experience; degree accepted in lieu of experience.
• Ability to perform routine transactions and balance the cash drawer.
• Excellent customer service and ability to learn Trustmark products.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and make referrals through proactive sales/service efforts.
• Service, sell, and cross-sell deposit accounts, loan products, insurance, and cash management services.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience following Trustmark's service standards.
• Safeguard assets and process transactions accurately (deposits, withdrawals, wires, loans, maintenance).
• Balance cash drawer daily and ensure appropriate documentation.
• Achieve sales and referral goals quarterly while delivering great service.
• Make outreach calls to customers and prospects.
• Travel between branch locations and comply with policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
