Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experience following Trustmark service standards.
• Safeguard assets and process transactions accurately (deposits, withdrawals, wire transfers, loan payments).
• Balance cash drawer daily and ensure documents are properly executed.
• Achieve sales and referral goals while transforming service into sales.
• Make outreach calls to customers and prospects.
• Comply with bank policies and procedures; perform other duties as assigned.
