Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of sales or customer service experience preferred (Bachelor's degree acceptable).
• Ability to perform basic math and balance cash drawer.
• Exceptional customer service and product knowledge are required.
• Able to meet sales goals and learn internal systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication and time management.
• Professional appearance and customer-facing demeanor expected.
• Experience balancing a cash drawer preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and referrals through proactive sales efforts.
• Service, sell, and cross-sell deposit accounts, loans, and related products.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience per service standards.
• Safeguard assets and process transactions accurately (deposits, withdrawals, wires, payments).
• Balance cash drawer daily and ensure documents are correct.
• Aim to meet sales/ referral goals each quarter.
• Make outbound calls to customers and prospects.
• Comply with bank policies and standards; perform additional duties as assigned.
