Trustmark is seeking a Relationship Banker to engage customers, identify financial needs, and connect them with suitable deposit, loan, and insurance solutions. You will deliver friendly service, process a variety of cash transactions, and pursue referral opportunities to deepen relationships across branches.

You will balance cash drawers, meet sales goals, and support customers through outreach calls and proactive service.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.
One year of sales or customer service experience (Bachelor’s degree is acceptable in lieu).
Able to handle routine transactions and balance cash drawer.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Proven ability to meet sales goals in a retail environment.

Responsabilités

Identify customer needs and make referrals through proactive sales/service efforts.
Service, sell, and cross-sell deposit accounts, loan products, and related services.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience following Trustmark’s service standards.
Safeguard assets and ensure accurate processing of transactions.
Balance cash drawer daily and ensure proper documentation.
Achieve quarterly sales and referral goals and transform service into sales.
Make outreach calls to customers and prospects; travel between branches.
