Qualifications

• Able to balance a cash drawer and perform routine transactions accurately.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to learn Trustmark products.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and make referrals through proactive sales/service efforts.
• Service, sell, and cross-sell deposit accounts, loan products, insurance, and cash management services.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience following Trustmark’s service standards.
• Safeguard assets and handle transactions accurately (deposits, withdrawals, wire transfers, loan payments).
• Balance cash drawer daily and ensure proper documents are completed.
• Pursue sales/referral goals and convert service encounters into sales.
• Make outreach calls to customers and prospects.
• Comply with policies and performance standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
